Jim's Review
🐛
Bikman makes a compelling case that insulin resistance is basically the final boss of chronic disease. Jim appreciates the clear science, though the book occasionally oversimplifies complex medical topics. It's a solid primer on metabolic health, but Jim wishes it went a little deeper in places. Three worms — good intro, not the definitive text.
