Jim's Review
🐛
Stephen Graham Jones writes horror that cuts deep on multiple levels — there's the surface scares (and they are SCARY), but underneath is a profound meditation on cultural identity and the cost of assimilation. Jim was not prepared for the basketball chapter. This worm doesn't even have legs and that scene had him wanting to run. Jones is the real deal, and this book deserves every bit of acclaim it's received.
