Jim is not crying, YOU'RE crying. Sparks wrote the blueprint for tearjerker romance and this worm's pages are still damp from the experience. It's simple, it's earnest, and it will emotionally destroy you in under 230 pages. Jim needed a full day to recover and that's a compliment.
