Jim's Review

🐛
Sinclair's enthusiasm for defeating aging is infectious, and the science on sirtuins and epigenetic reprogramming is genuinely exciting. Jim would love to live long enough to read every book ever written. That said, some claims feel ahead of the evidence, and the supplement recommendations should be taken with a grain of salt. Four worms — thrilling science with a side of hype.
