Jim's Review

🐛
"Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants." Jim could have saved you 256 pages, but Pollan's journey to get there is genuinely entertaining. He tears apart the nutrition-industrial complex with the precision of a worm tunneling through fresh soil. Jim appreciates anyone who advocates for more plants. Four worms — short, sharp, and life-changing.
